Road Conditions / Driving Conditions:
A scheduled road inspection has been completed and the road is open from the highway to Fair Harbour, The condition of the first 15 km from the highway is poor and in need of grading, from there to Zeballos is fair, from Zeballos to Oclucje is extremely poor, and from Oclucje to Fair Harbour is fair. Road crews continue today to affect repairs from the past days of heavy weather. Approach any equipment with caution and please reduce your speed.
Weather:
Temperatures are at 1.0c at higher elevations and 3.0c in town. It is currently attempting to snow at higher elevations however there is no accumulation at this point.
Comments:
The grader will be working today between Artlish Bridge and Zeballos.
Please be advised that regular road inspections are completed Monday and Friday, supplemental inspections are completed if weather dictates.
