Ucluelet
On Tuesday Ahousaht fisherman Keon Frank Sr. came across a strange sight 20 miles west of Ucluelet.
As over 60 sports fishing boats were in the area, plus three trawlers, two people cast lines from a small raft in the offshore waters. The two individuals in the boat couldn't be identified by Frank.
